PROJECT RESCUE

The project is stuck. We fix that.

Over budget, behind schedule, team has left. We've seen it many times. We step in, assess fast, stabilize, and move things forward.

Signs a project needs rescue

โฑ

Months behind schedule

Deadlines keep moving. The team is always "almost done." Stakeholders have stopped believing the dates.

๐Ÿ’ธ

Budget consumed, nothing to show

Money was spent, hours were logged, but the deliverable isn't working or isn't there.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ

Original team is gone

The people who built it left. Knowledge walked out the door. No one wants to own what remains.

๐Ÿ”ฅ

Codebase no one understands

Spaghetti architecture, no tests, zero documentation. Everyone's afraid to touch it.

๐Ÿ“‰

Stakeholder trust destroyed

Management has lost faith. Clients are asking questions. The pressure is immense.

๐Ÿšซ

Vendor has stopped communicating

Emails go unanswered. Promised deliverables don't arrive. You suspect you've been abandoned.

Fast assessment. Honest answers. Then delivery.

01

3-Day Rapid Assessment

We look at the codebase, the architecture, the delivery history, and the scope. We interview the remaining team if there is one. We form an honest opinion of what's salvageable and what isn't.

02

Honest Prognosis

We tell you what's realistic. Not what you want to hear. If the right answer is "rebuild from scratch," we say that. If 80% is salvageable, we tell you that too. Then we propose a path.

03

Stabilization First

Before adding features, we stabilize. We identify the critical paths, add test coverage where it matters, clean up the most dangerous parts of the code, and get the deployment process under control.

04

Delivery to MVP

Fixed scope. Clear milestones. We cut aggressively what doesn't need to be in the first release. We get something live and working, then iterate.
